After more than 45 years of running a big instrument repair company, World of Strings, I am happy to be doing what I truly love again, and that is repairing violin family instruments (also including Guitar repairs.)

For those not familiar with me, while I am comfortable in all instruments of the violin family as well as guitar repair, it is upright basses that I have specialized in.

I am happy to do a simple sound post or tonal adjustment to your bass, dress and plane your fingerboard on up to anything your bass may require, including the most involved restorations.
